Single-country CI
We provide information about the competitive environment of a selected Central/Eastern European market and answer specific questions a client may have about a particular sector of the economy and other market players in that sector.  DSR provides strategic guidance to companies interested in obtaining a comprehensive analysis of the competitive landscape of a particular Central/Eastern European location.

Multi-country CI in Central and Eastern Europe

DSR provides an overview of the sector in which our clients are interested.  We help identify your potential partners and main competitors, their prices and tariffs, and the likelihood of success in sourcing the particular CEE country in accordance with the objectives the client has set forth. The report includes our recommendation for a sourcing strategy in the region, honestly assessing our clients' chances for success.  Many times sourcing in the region is not compatible with our clients' business model, and our assessment will convey the most appropriate course of action.  

Seeking Partners and Supplier Qualification
Our knowledge of the region and its markets allow us to assist clients in identifying the best candidate to become a sourcing partner.  This service includes partner selection, negotiation assistance, legal advice and help in exploiting our clients' benefits from sourcing in low cost CEE countries such as Ukraine.  Suppliers in the region are often inexperienced in dealing with international companies and their purchasing habits and quantity abilities.
